Is there a right international digital strategy for media companies?

I guess we (including me) all struggle on this one. And MTV does too.
One way would be to focus your growth and target new niche and promising audiences, wherever you go (see bebo)

  1. This is a really tough one. Trying to build a meaningful, global brand while taking into account different cultures and local sensibilities is not for the faint hearted.

    There'll always be the classic local market vs evil corporate center battle which is a minefield to navigate. Will be curious to hear your thoughts on this...
